Products / Sheets
Hot-rolled sheets are produced by rolling preheated slabs at high temperatures or from coils. The thickness is reduced by rolling several times until the desired dimension is obtained. Hot-rolled sheets are used in a wide range of applications. They are intended for further processing by cold forming, and are directly used in the pipe industry, for the production of profiles, packaging, etc.
They are used in various segments of industry and construction: in the machinery industry, vehicles, construction, shipbuilding, industrial equipment production, metal processing…
Hot-rolled ribbed sheets are produced from general structural and low-carbon steels. Ribbed sheets differ from ordinary hot-rolled sheets in that they have rhombus or teardrop-shaped ribs formed by rolling on one surface, and the other surface is smooth.
Galvanized strips and sheets are obtained from previously obtained cold-rolled strips which are then hot-dip galvanized using the galvanic process. Due to their high resistance to corrosion, they are widely used in various industrial branches. They are used in construction for the production of roof and facade elements, wall and roof panels, in air conditioning for ventilation ducts and air conditioners, in the automotive industry, the agricultural machinery industry, for the production of silos, various parts of white goods, etc.
Cold-rolled sheets are produced by the cold rolling process from slabs obtained by previous hot-rolling reduction of thickness from slabs to smaller thicknesses, which are suitable for cold-rolling to produce cold-rolled sheets. Another way of producing HVL is from cold-rolled strips (coils) produced by the cold rolling process.
They are suitable for welding and applying coatings (painting, varnishing, plasticizing). They are used in the automotive industry, for the production of white goods, in the metal industry, for the production of packaging, etc.
Wear-resistant steel sheets are sheets with high resistance, with good cutting, bending and welding performance. Wear-resistant steel sheets are widely used in mining, construction and agricultural machinery under extremely difficult working conditions with high strength and high wear resistance requirements, such as bulldozers, loaders, excavators, tippers, various mining machines, etc.
